INEOS IN Nam Graduates Desert Challenge 2023

Do you look back on your last corporate away day and wish it was a little more….exciting?

For INEOS, this takes the form of a truly unique endurance challenge, exclusively for its third-year graduates.

Over 9 months, these determined individuals undergo an intensive training program in preparation for an epic 6-day challenge through the rugged terrain of the Namib desert.

Designed to push them to their limits, the graduates run and cycle 320 km through a landscape that's both breathtaking and testing.

Joining the team on their incredible journey, our filmmaker, Ben, documented the unforgettable experiences of the participants. Equipped with trusty running shoes, a desert-ready camera bag and plenty of sun cream, Ben spent 21 days on the trail, capturing the grit and determination of these young professionals.

For the graduates, the challenge is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that they'll cherish forever. Their experience is a reminder of what we're capable of achieving when we push ourselves and take the brakes off.
